The website provides information about Nuvinno, our services and our software platforms. You are free to read, link to and share the pages. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the systems behind it or other people’s data,
- use the website or the contact form to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content,
- extract content automatically at a volume that burdens or disrupts the website.
If you have found a vulnerability, please report it as described on our information security page.

The content is general information and not a binding offer. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors.
Deliveries of services and software are governed by separate agreements between Nuvinno and the client. In case of conflict, the agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Text, images, film, graphics and design on the website belong to Nuvinno Group AS or our licensors. The Nuvinno name, logo and the product names DataX, Klarvera, TekFOM, FuneralBase, Pixebox and Syntra belong to Nuvinno.
You may quote short excerpts with a clear attribution and a link to nuvinno.com. Any other copying, modification or commercial use requires written consent.
5. Links to other websites
The website may link to websites we do not control, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such websites.
6. Enquiries via the contact form
Messages sent through the form are forwarded to us by email and used to respond to your enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal data, passwords or trade secrets through the form. An enquiry is not an agreement until both parties have confirmed it in writing.
