Strategy
From ambition to a roadmap you can steer by
Good digitalisation starts with good choices. We help you set the direction, prioritise initiatives and build a basis for decisions that stands up to reality – not a report that ends up in a drawer.
Strategy
Advisory with a clear purpose
Technology is never the goal – it is the means. We map your current system landscape, clarify what the organisation needs to achieve, and sequence the work so it delivers impact early. Everything we recommend has to be justified by the numbers and achievable with the people and systems you actually have.

How we help you
IT and digitalisation strategy
We produce an IT roadmap of prioritised initiatives, dependencies and milestones – endorsed by leadership and clear to the whole organisation. You know what to do first, why, and what it will take.
Technology advisory & architecture
Should you build, buy or integrate? We assess the options against needs, cost and risk, and design an architecture in which individual components can be replaced without tearing down the whole landscape.
Cloud strategy
We clarify what should move to the cloud, in what order and under which operating model. The result is a cloud strategy with clear costs and security requirements – ready for our cloud and platform team to deliver.
Business case & benefits realisation
We quantify costs, benefits and risk so the decision can be made on facts. After launch, we follow up to make sure the benefits are actually realised, not just assumed.
Digital transformation & change management
New technology does not change habits on its own. We combine process improvement with adoption and training, so the change shows up in day-to-day work – not just in the architecture diagram.
Governance model & IT leadership
We establish a governance model that makes it clear who owns what, how initiatives are prioritised and how vendors are managed. For smaller organisations we offer an advisor on an hourly basis – a “CTO on loan”.
Impact
The value we create
Decisions based on facts
Every choice of direction is backed by an assessment and a business case.
Early impact
The sequencing prioritises initiatives that pay off in the first few months, not in three years’ time.
One team to take it forward
The strategy can be delivered under one roof: development, cloud, data and operations.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does an IT roadmap cost?
A typical strategy engagement runs for 4–8 weeks and is offered at a fixed price after an initial scoping exercise. Get in touch and we will give you a concrete estimate.
Do we need a new strategy if we already have one?
Often a review is enough: we assess your existing strategy against the current situation and update the priorities.
Are you tied to particular vendors?
In delivery we mostly work on the Microsoft stack, but our advice is independent – a recommendation has to stand up to scrutiny whatever the platform.
